Cancellation Policy

We hope you understand that we are an appointment-based small business and that last-minute schedule changes can have a significant impact on the income of your favorite artist.

You may cancel or reschedule your salon appointment 48-hours in advance for microblading appointments and 24-hours in advance for all other service appointments. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service price that was booked. All bookings require a credit card to hold your spot for no-show and late cancellation protection. 

You can make changes to your appointments by clicking the link in your appointment confirmation email or by signing into your account on Mangomint. We advise you that if you're starting to feel unwell consider rescheduling on time since general illness will not be waived. Unexpected work conflicts will also not be waived. For emergencies, please send proof of the situation and we will waive the fee. Thank you for your consideration and for your continued loyalty.
